Terms of Service

The rules for authorized access to and use of CommentOS.

Effective August 7, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CommentOS, a single-user comment operations tool operated by Tom Frazier. By accessing or using CommentOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Authorized use

You may use CommentOS only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement and are authorized to manage every social-media account you connect. CommentOS is not offered for use by children under 13.

3. What CommentOS does

CommentOS receives and organizes comments or messages from connected services, matches configured keywords, prepares reply drafts, supports review and approval, publishes authorized responses, and provides related contact history and analytics. Features may change as the service develops.

4. Account access and security

You are responsible for safeguarding owner tokens, API keys, connected-account credentials, and devices used to access CommentOS. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access and must not share credentials with anyone who is not authorized to manage the connected accounts.

5. Connected platforms

CommentOS depends on third-party services, including social platforms, hosting infrastructure, and any configured language-model provider. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. CommentOS does not control their availability, decisions, interfaces, or content, and a third party may limit or revoke access at any time.

6. Your content and instructions

You retain any rights you hold in the content, templates, and instructions you provide. You grant CommentOS permission to process that material only as needed to operate the service, follow your authorized instructions, secure the service, and comply with law. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you use or publish.

7. Automated drafts

CommentOS may use a configured language-model provider to prepare draft replies. Automated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpectedly similar to other material. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and for every message or reply you approve or publish. CommentOS is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use CommentOS to:

  • Violate law, regulation, third-party rights, or a connected platform’s terms.
  • Send spam, harassment, threats, deceptive messages, or unlawful discriminatory content.
  • Impersonate another person or connect an account you are not authorized to manage.
  • Collect, use, or disclose personal information without an appropriate legal basis.
  • Bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service to make fully automated high-impact decisions about individuals.

9. Privacy

The CommentOS Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted. By using CommentOS, you acknowledge those practices.

10. Availability and changes

CommentOS may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Maintenance, provider outages, platform reviews, API changes, security events, or other circumstances may interrupt the service. No particular feature, integration, delivery time, or level of availability is guaranteed.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommentOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tom Frazier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or account access arising from or related to CommentOS. Any total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use CommentOS during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your connected accounts, your published replies, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect CommentOS, connected platforms, other people, or legal compliance, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using CommentOS and disconnect connected accounts at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as CommentOS or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
